Nickel Alloy MP159 Cobalt Bar MP35N Round Bar
MP159 is a Co Ni Cr based precipitation hardening deformation high-temperature alloy, used at temperatures below 600 ℃. This alloy is a high-temperature alloy for engine fasteners with good strength, shear resistance, and comprehensive performance, which is currently used for a long time below 600 ℃. The main variety supplied is deep cold drawn rod.
MP159 melting process:
MP159 alloy adopts vacuum induction furnace+vacuum consumable remelting, or vacuum induction furnace+electric slag remelting+vacuum consumable remelting melting process.
MP159 forging process:
The forging temperature of MP159 alloy is easy to form between 1150 ℃± 10 ℃. The forging of steel ingots should be carried out at a starting temperature of not less than 1100 ℃ and a final forging temperature of not less than 900 ℃
MP159 Part Heat Treatment Process:
The aging heat treatment process for bolts after hot forging is: (650~675) ℃× 4h/AC
