Completion String Tools

The completion tools mainly include packers, bridge plugs, downhole safety valves, sliding sleeves, cement tools (such as cement heads), fluid control tools, and continuous tubing tools used for special operations (such as fracturing tools, guiding tools), etc. They jointly construct the production channel of oil and gas wells to achieve safe and efficient oil recovery.

Packer: seals the annulus between the oil and gas reservoir and the non production layer in the wellbore, isolating different fluids and pressures to ensure smooth flow of oil and gas from the target layer.

Bridge Plug: Used to seal a wellbore section, forming a temporary or permanent sealing layer, commonly used in cement or well repair operations.

Downhole Safety Valve (DHSV): It can automatically close in the event of an accident at the wellhead, preventing blowout accidents and ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.

Sliding Sleeve: A controllable opening/closing device underground, used to connect different layers and control the flow of oil and gas.

Cementing Tools: such as cement heads, used to pump cement slurry between the wellbore and the formation for cementing.

Fluid Control Tools: Used to control the flow of fluids such as oil, gas, and water in the wellbore.

Special homework tools

Coiled Tubing Tools: Used for fracturing, acidizing, sealing, delivery tools, etc., to complete multiple operations in one pipe string.

Rotary Steerable System (RSS): Achieving precise control of wellbore trajectory during drilling.

Segmented fracturing tool: used for continuous segmented fracturing of multi-layer horizontal wells.

Sand control tools: such as plasma slotted screen pipes and filling tools, to prevent sand particles from entering the wellbore.
