Inconel 718 is a precipitation hardened nickel-chromium alloy containing a considerable amount of iron, niobium and molybdenum, as well as a small amount of aluminum and titanium. It combines corrosion resistance, high strength and excellent welding performance (including resistance to cracking after welding)
