30CrNiMo8 can undergo heat treatment such as normalizing, tempering, quenching, etc. It is used to manufacture chains, screws, gears, arms, rollers, and other components.

The typical chemical composition of 30Cr2Ni2Mo is: carbon (C) 0.26-0.33%, chromium (Cr) 1.50-1.80%, nickel (Ni) 1.50-1.80%, molybdenum (Mo) 0.20-0.30%, silicon (Si) 0.17-0.37%, manganese (Mn) 0.40-0.70%, phosphorus (P) ≤ 0.025%, sulfur (S) ≤ 0.025%. This alloy design endows it with the following key characteristics:

High strength and toughness: After quenching and tempering treatment, the tensile strength can reach 1000-1200MPa, while maintaining good impact toughness
