18NiC300 is a martensitic age-hardening steel with ultra-high strength, high toughness and ductility,and ultra-low carbon design.
Heat treatment properties: Solution treatment at 815-860°C, aging at 480-490°C for 4-8 hours. Applications include aircraft landing gear, satellite structures, and high-gloss mirror molds.
18NiC350 is applied to rocket engine casings, deep-sea submersible pressure hulls, and ultra-precision molds. 18NiC250 is applied to aircraft structural components, precision injection molds, and high-speed shafts. 18NiC250/300 steel grade flat steel and round steel are available in stock, with sizes of 110mm/135mm/255mm, and a stock quantity of over 34 tons
